Due to the changing circumstances around the coronavirus, I am only offering therapeutic support through Tele-therapy (virtual, video, email CHAT, and phone counselling). It’s important that I do my part to ensure that your health, safety, and wellness remains a priority.
Once the risk of exposure in small spaces is sufficiently reduced, I will be opening up my “Talk and Walk” sessions. New clients can book videos, email CHAT sessions, or phone sessions with me.
My availability and client session times continue to be in Central Standard Time (Saskatchewan time), for client convenience.
See below for session information.
